These Website Terms (“Terms”) apply to your use of easyautorents.com (the “Site”), operated by Easy Auto Rents. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Informational website

The Site provides general information about Easy Auto Rents and a way to contact us. It is not an online booking or reservation system.

2. Inquiries are not reservations

Submitting a form, sending an email, leaving a message or speaking with us does not by itself create a reservation, guarantee a particular vehicle, establish a quoted price or form a rental agreement. Vehicle availability, rates, rental dates, eligibility requirements and other details must be confirmed directly by Easy Auto Rents.

Any vehicle rental is governed by the separate rental agreement and related documents signed or accepted for that transaction. If these Website Terms conflict with an executed rental agreement, the rental agreement controls for the rental.

3. Accuracy and availability

We try to keep Site information accurate and current, but vehicle selection, availability, services, hours and other details may change. Photos may be illustrative and may not show the exact vehicle available. Contact us to confirm current information before relying on it.

4. Permitted use

You may use the Site only for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about or contacting Easy Auto Rents. You may not:

• interfere with the Site’s operation or security;
• submit false, fraudulent, abusive or unlawful content;
• attempt unauthorized access to the Site or related systems;
• use automated tools to overload, scrape or misuse the Site; or
• copy or use Site content in a way that violates applicable law or our rights.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, branding, text, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to Easy Auto Rents and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use, but no other rights are granted.

6. Third-party services and links

The Site may link to or use third-party services, including FormSubmit, Google Maps and Facebook. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that service’s terms and policies.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through the Site is handled.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Auto Rents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning the Site will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Mohave County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on the Site. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version.
